Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site teams, drive occupancy, and maximize asset value. You will manage property operations, leasing, and resident services while maintaining strong vendor and community relations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preference, 2+ years in property management, and knowledge of market trends. Expect a hands-on leadership position with strong emphasis on compliance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles; preferably in student housing.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and in some cases required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to meet financial and occupancy targets and deliver exceptional resident service.
• Develop marketing plans and monitor leasing velocity to achieve occupancy goals.
• Oversee maintenance, facilities planning, and budget management for the asset.
• Manage Resident Services and lease/contracts processes and ensure compliance with housing contracts.
• Maintain effective communication with residents and coordinate with HR on performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and protect confidential information.
