Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a residential community on site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to develop marketing plans, monitor budgets, and respond to resident concerns. On-site attendance and coordination with the Regional Manager are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing/property management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage on-site software and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the housing community.
• Supervise on-site staff, hire, train and develop.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor deposits, rent and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, fair housing and safety guidelines.
• Lead marketing plans to lease units and retain residents.
