Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, drive leasing and revenue, and lead a skilled on-site team. You will manage budgets, review financials, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires strong leadership, budget controls, and collaborative work with owners and vendors to meet occupancy and maintenance objectives across Greystar-managed communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, real estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Draft and analyze budgets with operating statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures and oversee budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement and inspections.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Ensure maintenance team adheres to standards and completes requests.
• Hire, train, and manage property staff.
• Support owner relationships with updates and tours.
• Complete financial and administrative reports.
