Job summary

Greystar seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily property. You will lead staff, drive leasing and resident satisfaction, and manage budgets and financial reporting.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and ability to implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Applicants should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with property management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience handling day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, directing staff and resources to meet financial and operational goals.
• Set rent and fees, collect payments, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure proper insurance, coding, and communication with owners and clients.
• Oversee lease enforcement, conduct property inspections, and manage renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends to inform short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
