Job summary

Greystar seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property, leading a team to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.

You will manage rent collection, vendor relations, and compliance with housing laws, while driving marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Strong leadership and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget development for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication while ensuring insurance compliance.
• Control expenditures and manage petty cash within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, notices, and evictions as applicable.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
