Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property in a way that meets budgeted financial and operational goals. The role ensures compliance with applicable laws and company policies while leading a team and coordinating with owners and residents.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, rent and revenue management, vendor relations, and maintaining high standards of maintenance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Input into the development of budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring collection, posting, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage communications with vendors, accounting, and clients/owners.
• Control expenditures by staying within the approved budget and managing petty cash.
• Oversee the lease enforcement process including applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and ensuring maintenance standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Supervise property staff and manage performance in line with company policies.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships and provide property performance updates.
• Complete various accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
