Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management or related experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing budgets and analyzing financial statements.
• Manage rent collection, postings, deposits, and monthly reports.
• Review invoices and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and owners as needed.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
