Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 227-unit garden-style community in Charleston, SC. You will lead onsite staff, manage budgets, drive leasing performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing laws.

You will promote resident satisfaction, coordinate maintenance, review financial reports, approve vendor invoices, and report to ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting to meet goals.
