KETTLER in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of apartment community operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on leasing, staff supervision, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing leasing offices, NOI attainment, property maintenance, rent collection, and staff development, with a focus on strong leadership and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in property management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership and success with leasing processes.
• Weekend work availability.
• Experience with property management software.

Responsabilités

• Managing administration of property operations and leasing office.
• Monitoring financial operations and achieving budgeted NOI.
• Providing a quality living environment for residents and a positive work environment for team members.
• Hiring and supervising all on-site staff, including maintenance staff.
• Ensuring apartments and grounds are maintained to company standards.
• Ensuring rent is collected in a timely manner and addressing delinquencies.
• Contributing to achievement of team goals, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention.
• Supporting outreach initiatives that market the property.
• Understanding the sub-market and mentoring others.
