Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Conduct outreach marketing and social media initiatives.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions with a high-touch approach.
• Assist with resident retention and coordinate leasing applications.
• Support Community Manager with administrative tasks and office duties.
• Collaborate with local businesses and organizations for partnerships.
