Job summary

KETTLER is seeking a Community Manager for an apartment community in the DC area. You will oversee property operations, leasing, and staff while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities include budgeting, NOI achievement, and market outreach. A DC Property Manager license must be obtained within 90 days of hire, with a strong focus on leadership and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in the property management field.
• 2+ years' supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Managing administration of property operations and leasing office.
• Monitoring the financial operations and achieving budgeted NOI.
• Providing a quality living environment for residents and positive work environment for team members.
• Hiring and supervising all on-site staff, including maintenance staff.
• Ensuring that all apartments and property grounds are maintained at company standards.
• Ensuring rent collection and handling delinquent accounts.
