Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Denver, CO community, leading the onsite team and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance.

You will drive leasing, revenue, and resident satisfaction by coaching staff, supervising maintenance, and coordinating marketing and online presence. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of property management experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with independent and team work capability.

• Manages day-to-day operations of an assigned property and onsite team.
• Oversees budgeting, financial statements, and marketing information review.
• Ensures rent collection, posting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approves vendor invoices and manages communications with owners and contractors.
• Drives leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals through strategy and market analysis.
• Supervises maintenance staff and ensures timely resident service responses.
• Grows online presence and oversees social media and advertising templates.
• Gathers property performance data and implements short- and long-term plans.
