Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Property Manager in Seattle to oversee budgets, ensure rent collection, and supervise on-site staff. You will coordinate leasing, training, and compliance across properties while maintaining strong resident relations and accounting controls.

The role requires a notary license (or ability to obtain within 3 months) and offers a competitive salary plus benefits in a full-time, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent.
• 6+ months supervisory experience required.
• Notary License is required or able to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist budgeting and stay within established guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected on time and posted timely.
• Hire, train, empower, supervise on-site staff and conduct reviews.
• Maintain lease files and compliance with MFTE/Section 8 as applicable.
• Oversee actions such as postings, notices, and audits.
