Thrive Communities is seeking a Property Manager in Seattle, WA. This full-time role oversees budgeting, rent collection, and on-site staff to ensure financial success and exceptional resident experiences.

A CAM or equivalent certification is preferred, with strong leadership and CRM software skills essential. Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance reviews, and maintaining compliance across all property operations while delivering outstanding service to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Very strong organizational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent.
• Notary License requirement or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• MFTE or other Affordable Program experience is important.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in budgeting and stays within established guidelines.
• Ensures rents are collected on time and posted.
• Performs evictions and utility cut-offs as required.
• Oversees invoicing, month-end procedures, and deposit accounting.
• Leads on-site staff recruiting, training, and performance reviews.
• Manages resident relations and tenant communications.
• Maintains property safety and compliance procedures.
