Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a property management leader in Seattle to oversee budgets, rent collection, and on-site staff performance. You will manage financials, maintain compliance, and drive resident satisfaction in a dynamic, in-person role.

The position offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and growth opportunities within Thrive’s boutique, scale-focused property management platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Notary License is required or able to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and stay within budget guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected on time and posted.
• Perform evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as required.
• Process invoices and complete month-end reporting.
• Oversee site staff and lead onboarding and performance reviews.
• Maintain records, prepare audits, and ensure compliance with policies.
