Job summary

Thrive Communities invites a skilled property manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Washington/Vancouver-area communities. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining fiscal health of the property.

This 100% in-person role requires strong leadership, notary eligibility, and proficiency with Yardi/CRM and MS Office. Competitive salary and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in property management or equivalent experience.
• Notary license required or able to obtain within 3 months.
• CAM certification preferred; strong budgeting and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financials, budgeting and rent collection; ensure timely payments.
• Hire, train, supervise on-site staff and manage performance reviews.
• Maintain resident relations, inspections and move-in/move-out processes.
• Ensure compliance with MFTE/Section 8 and other program requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and HR on daily operations.
