Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in the Seattle area to oversee all community operations, lead staff, and ensure high resident satisfaction. You will recruit, hire, onboard, and provide feedback to associates while driving performance and budget adherence.

The role requires a BA/BS in business or related field, 3+ years in property management, and strong leadership, marketing, and financial analysis skills. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ supervisory or property management experience preferred.
• Strong marketing, analytical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building.
• Lead leasing activities and meet BAL strategic drivers.
• Train staff on leasing techniques and resident service.
• Manage property performance and conduct grounds and apartment inspections.
• Tour visitors to show amenities and model units.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address employee concerns.
• Maintain associate files and satisfaction via surveys.
• Hold weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Develop and administer the community budget and pricing.
• Develop annual marketing plan and review monthly.
• Obtain bids for contract services and oversee capital projects.
• Oversee 35% of leasing activities.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
