The role offers a compensation range of $57,000 to $94,000, with relocation support for eligible candidates and travel up to 10% with catastrophe duties as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims.
• Solid knowledge of casualty policies and endorsements.
• Experience handling moderately complex claims.
• Licensing as required for property casualty claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of claims and evaluates liability.
• Assesses damages and negotiates settlements with insureds and claimants.
• Reviews policy coverage and coordinates appraisals.
• Responds to inquiries and closes files in good faith.
• Interprets policy language applicable to assigned losses.
