Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Placement Specialist in Metairie, LA to market property and casualty insurance programs for small to middle market accounts. You will gather data, prepare submissions, negotiate terms, and support new and renewal business with the team.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of Commercial Lines experience, P&C licensing, and strong MS Office skills. On-site collaboration and cross-functional partnership are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and take direction.
• Experience with broker/agent marketing for small to middle market accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timeline and process during new business and renewal cycles, including exposure analysis and proposals.
• Prepare submissions, applications, and coverage terms; negotiate with carriers.
• Review policies and contracts; collaborate with team members and leadership.
• Prepare property and casualty submissions and loss data; attend meetings as needed.
• Develop financial models for loss-sensitive programs and respond to inquiries.
