Job summary

Acrisure in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Placement Specialist to market property and casualty insurance programs for small to middle market accounts. You will gather data, prepare submissions, negotiate coverage terms, and develop proposals for new and renewal business, working closely with producers and the Segment Leader.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Commercial Lines, a property and casualty license, and a college degree.

Qualifications

Formal college degree preferred.
Active license in property and casualty insurance required.
Epic software experience is a plus.
Pursuit of professional designation (CISR/CIC/AAI/ARM/CPCU) preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain timeline and process during new business and renewal processes, including exposure analysis, quote specifications, and negotiation of coverage offers.
Communicate effectively within the team environment, including with the producer and Segment Leader.
Review insurance policies and contracts and suggest improvements.
Prepare property and casualty submissions for new business prospects and renewals using firm processes.
Attend prospect and proposal meetings with the producer as needed.
Analyze prospect client exposure and loss data, and develop loss-sensitive program components.
Ensure licensing requirements are maintained and ongoing education is completed.
