Acrisure is seeking a Placement Specialist to manage new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. You will oversee timelines, conduct exposure analysis, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and present proposals to clients.

Collaboration with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carriers is essential to ensure high-quality service. Responsibilities include submission preparation, data analysis, market relations, and ensuring licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Timeline & Process Management for new business and renewal processes.
• Coordinate communications within the team and with markets.
• Review policies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare submissions for new business and renewing accounts with all required documents.
• Analyze prospect client exposure data and model loss data as needed.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and wholesalers; ensure confidentiality.
