Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Placement Specialist to market property and casualty insurance programs for small to middle market accounts. You will gather data, prepare submissions, negotiate terms, and deliver proposals for new and renewal business, working closely with producers and Segment Leaders.

The role requires 3–5 years of Commercial Lines experience, P&C licensing, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork. On-site presence is expected to support collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Commercial Lines experience required.
• Licensed in property and casualty insurance required.
• College degree preferred.
• Pursuit of a professional designation preferred (CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, CPCU).
• Experience with Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timeline and process during new business and renewal, including exposure analysis, quote specs, and coverage proposals.
• Communicate effectively within the team including the producer and Segment Leader.
• Review policies and contracts and suggest improvements.
• Prepare submissions for new business prospects and renewals with accurate coverage details.
• Attend prospect meetings and analyze loss data when needed.
• Develop financial models for loss-sensitive programs as required.
• Assist with inquiries from prospects and carriers and maintain broker relationships.
• Stay updated on licensing requirements and ongoing education.
