Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Placement Specialist to market property and casualty insurance programs for small to middle market accounts. You will gather, analyze, and organize data; prepare submissions, negotiate terms, and draft proposals for new and renewal business.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Commercial Lines, a P&C license, and a degree; Epic experience is a plus. On-site collaboration and cross-functional partnership are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant Commercial Lines experience required.
• Licensed in property and casualty insurance required.
• College degree preferred; professional designation preferred.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and renewal submissions within timelines.
• Prepare coverage proposals and negotiate terms with carriers.
• Analyze client exposure data and develop loss-sensitive models.
• Coordinate with producers and team to market accounts to carriers.
• Attend meetings with prospects and carrier representatives.
