Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Placement Specialist to market property and casualty insurance programs for small to mid-market accounts. The role gathers data, analyzes exposure, prepares submissions, negotiates terms, and develops proposals for prospects and renewals.

You will collaborate with producers, segment leaders, and carriers to deliver tailored coverage. Candidates should have 3–5 years of Commercial Lines experience, a property & casualty license, and broker/agent marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication.
• Minimum 3-5 years Commercial Lines experience.
• Licensed in property and casualty insurance.
• Experience with broker/agent marketing small to middle market accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timeline and process for new business and renewal, including exposure analysis, quote specs, and negotiation of coverage.
• Prepare submissions and applications, negotiate terms, and present coverage proposals.
• Review insurance policies and contracts; make improvement recommendations.
• Prepare property and casualty submissions for new and renewing accounts (ACORDs, loss data, exposure schedules).
• Attend prospect/ proposal meetings with producer as needed.
• Analyze client exposure and loss data; develop loss-sensitive financial models when necessary.
