Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Omaha, NE is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team. This role supports client relationships through accurate invoicing, policy updates, and certificate preparation, ensuring seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience, a high school diploma (college preferred), and the ability to obtain a Property Casualty license within three months. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
• Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
• Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)
• Gather quotes from online platforms
• Assess quotes and binders on accounts for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for clients
