Holmes Murphy is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team in Omaha, NE. This role focuses on delivering world-class client experiences through accurate administration, invoicing, and policy support.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 1+ year in admin or customer service, preferably in insurance, and is eligible to obtain a Property Casualty license within three months of hire. We value proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a collaborative culture.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in insurance.
• Active state Property Casualty Insurance license required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Understand insurance principles, drive client solutions, ensure compliance, and use agency systems effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Order policy changes from carriers and update agency management systems.
• Investigate and correct omissions and commission differences on premium discrepancies.
• Gather quotes from online platforms and assess them for client proposals.
