Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role focuses on client service excellence, preparing certificates and ID cards, and handling invoicing and policy changes to ensure accurate financial records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 0–1 year of admin or customer service experience (insurance preferred), and must obtain a Property Casualty license within three months of hire.

Formación

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Active state Property Casualty Insurance license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoices agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
• Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements).
