Job summary

Holmes Murphy Partnership is seeking a Client Service Consultant in Omaha, NE to join their Property Casualty team. This role focuses on understanding client operations and ensuring proper coverage while contributing to a vibrant and innovative company culture.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service within the insurance industry, possess a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and have or be able to obtain a Property Casualty Insurance license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service, underwriting, or risk management experience.
• Active Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or ability to acquire it.
• Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles.

Responsibilities

• Understand client operations to ensure appropriate coverage is in place.
• Consult with team for pre-renewal meetings and development of client opportunities.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters.
