Holmes Murphy Insurance in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team. This role focuses on delivering world-class client support, handling policy documentation, invoicing, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of admin or customer service experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and the ability to obtain an active Property Casualty license within three months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Active state Property Casualty license required or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
• Familiarity with insurance principles and agency workflows to deliver client solutions.

Responsabilités

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoicing agency bill transactions for new, renewal policies, renewals, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Order policy changes from carriers and update agency systems.
• Investigates omitted items and commission differences on premiums.
