Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma (college preferred) and 1 year of admin or customer service experience; an active Property Casualty license or ability to obtain one within 3 months is required. We value proactive, compliant, and collaborative professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience.
• Ability to consult with clients and understand insurance principles.
• Strong use of agency systems to maintain client experience and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoice agency bill transactions for policies and renewals.
• Process policy changes with carriers and update schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies in invoicing and premiums.
• Gather and assess quotes from online platforms and prepare proposals.
• Ensure accuracy of quotes/binders and deliverables to clients.
