Responsibilities include preparing certificates and auto IDs, processing policy transactions, and coordinating with carriers and accounting to ensure precise billing and timely follow-ups.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience.
• Active state Property Casualty license required or ability to obtain license within 3 months.
• Understanding insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their needs; proficient with agency systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoice agency bill transactions for new/renewal policies, installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy; work with accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Order policy changes from carriers; update agency management system/exposure schedules; set follow-up tasks.
• Investigate and correct omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies.
• Gather quotes from online platforms; assess quotes and binders for accuracy.
• Prepare proposal documents for clients.
