Holmes Murphy in Omaha, NE is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team. The role emphasizes a vibrant, best-in-class culture and opportunities to grow within a forward-thinking firm.

You will support client interactions, manage policy documents, invoicing, and carrier communications, while upholding compliance and service standards across our agency systems.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Active state Property Casualty Insurance license required or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
• Proficient with agency systems to deliver a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoices agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
• Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements).
• Gather quotes from online platforms.
• Assess quotes and binders on accounts for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for clients.
