Job summary

RAM Partners LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Jackson Square property in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on financial operations, resident relations, and daily property oversight to ensure smooth community performance.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with property-management software; a flexible schedule including weekends is expected. Compensation is hourly with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with YARDI, E Site, or similar property-management software.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect/post rent and payments, prepare deposits and financial reports.
• Review and submit vendor invoices for payment.
• Communicate with residents about balances; implement delinquency procedures.
• Process resident move-outs per lease terms and notice requirements.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance; ensure completion of tasks.
