RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager with financial experience for our Jacksonville property. The role involves managing daily financial operations, rent collection, reporting, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. A valid driver’s license and work authorization in the United States are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; willing to work weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Process rent, fees, and payments; prepare deposits and financial reports.
• Review invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
• Review resident files and accounting records; communicate on outstanding balances; collect delinquencies.
• Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance; ensure requests are completed.
• Highlight what sets the community apart and brag about its features.
• Act as onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.
