The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (college degree a plus), strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, plus experience with YARDI or OnSite. We offer competitive compensation and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software (YARDI, OnSite).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions including rent, fees, and other payments.
• Review and submit vendor invoices for payment.
• Communicate with residents about balances and delinquencies.
• Process move-outs by reviewing leases and notice terms.
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete service requests.
