Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in the United States to support leasing teams and help drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will assist with rent collection, applications, move-ins, and inspections while coordinating with the Property Manager to meet budgeted goals.

The role requires strong computer skills, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma required; college coursework in business or property management preferred
• Ability to operate computer applications and property management software with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with Property Manager to enforce guidelines
• Review and approve applications ensuring proof of income and qualifications
• Audit move-ins and verify payments and documents
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines
• Assist with leasing and property tours as needed
• Address escalated service requests with the team
• Support budget tracking and occupancy/lease goals attainment
• Host resident events and maximize renewals
