Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Leasing Consultants, manage daily operations, and help achieve budgeted occupancy. You will compile market information, handle applications, collect rents, and enforce community guidelines in coordination with the Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in property management, strong computer and communication skills, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; college preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and be informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to ensure community guidelines are met.
• Review and approve applications ensuring proof of income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies and documents are in order.
• Assist with leasing when necessary and take tours.
• Take escalated service requests and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Work with the property team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist with hosting resident functions and renewals.
• May require one weekend a month.
