Job summary

The ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing teams, analyze market information, and prepare for progression to Property Manager. You will collect rents, process applications, audit move-ins, and assist in budgeting and monthly reporting.

You may also host resident events and support renewals while maintaining professional standards in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the property team to meet occupancy goals and respond to resident service

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ years of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; coursework in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ensure revenue is posted in the system.
• File evictions when applicable and be informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and work with the manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies and docs are complete.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• Assist with leasing and property tours; handle escalated requests.
• Support manager to meet occupancy and renewal goals.
• Host resident events; may work one weekend per month.
