Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing teams, manage rent collection, and help drive occupancy and budget goals. The role partners with the Property Manager to enforce community guidelines, process applications, and prepare monthly financial and occupancy reports.

The position may require occasional weekend work and involves collaboration with the property team to ensure high service standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants to meet leasing goals.
• Compile and utilize market information; support advancement to Property Manager.
• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue postings are accurate.
• File evictions when applicable and follow local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and ensure community guidelines.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins; ensure monies and documents are complete.
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate; prepare monthly reports.
• Assist with budgeting, coding, and uploading bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team to meet customer service standards.
• Support Property Manager to meet occupancy and leasing targets.
• Assist with hosting resident functions and renewals.
