ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to motivate Leasing Consultants, manage rent collection, and assist in advancing to Property Manager. You will handle applications, review qualifications, and maintain tenancy records while supporting budgeted occupancy goals.

The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. The position offers full-time career-track employment with competitive pay, benefits including

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Review and approve applications per community guidelines and ensure proof of income.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents are uploaded.
• Assist with leasing and give property tours as needed.
• Work with property manager to meet budgeted occupancy and leasing goals.
• May require one weekend per month.
