You will prepare monthly financial statements, perform reconciliations, and support close activities while coordinating with property managers on budgeting and forecasting. The role emphasizes in-house process improvements and collaboration across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of property accounting experience within commercial real estate.
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and property reporting packages.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analyze property-level financial results.
• Record journal entries and support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Manage tenant billing, CAM reconciliations, and cash receipt activity.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting within Yardi.
• Partner with Property Managers on budgeting, forecasting, and operational accounting matters.
• Support accounting process improvements and oversight of outsourced accounting functions.
• Oversee AP and vendor payment processes across a portfolio of properties.

What You Will Do
