Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and finance operations in a structured, lean environment in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, financial reporting, treasury activities, and internal controls while partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, an active CPA, and 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within the insurance

Position Summary

A well-established organization is seeking a hands-on accounting and finance leader to oversee financial reporting, treasury management, compliance, and accounting operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while leading all aspects of the organization's financial management in a collaborative, lean environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
