Job summary

Hard Rock Tejon is seeking a Promotions Representative to support on-site events and sponsor activities. You will assist with guest check-in, distribute gifts, and help set up and break down event spaces, while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year in hospitality, fast food, or retail, with strong communication and attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 1 year guest service experience in hospitality, fast food or retail.
• Able to communicate in writing and speaking; Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
• Comfortable with using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day departmental operations.
• Work all aspects needed at events, assist with customer check-in, hand out gifts, assist in set up and unpacking of gifts, assist with customer service at events.
• At times, may be required to work off site at Hard Rock sponsored events.
• Communicate with various internal operating departments.
• Promote positive public/team member relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
