Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking an energetic team member for the Employee Dining Room support role. You will perform sales transactions, bussing tables, cleaning duties, and assist with warehouse orders for the EDR while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliability, with a requirement to pass background and drug screenings and to work holidays and weekends. Training is on-the-job and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Tejon for entertainment and provide guest service.
• Replenish and garnish food on cafeteria lines as needed and serve when required.
• Maintain a neat, sanitary work area and properly clean serving utensils and equipment.
• Ensure all dishware, utensils and equipment are cleaned and stored after use.
• Store unused food items properly and keep storage areas organized and safe.
