Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking a team member to support dining operations, handle sales transactions, buss tables, and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace in the Employee Dining Room. The role includes retrieving warehouse orders and supporting daily service.

Two months of on-the-job training is typical; candidates must pass background and drug screenings and be available for holidays and weekends. Demonstrated customer service and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two months of on-the-job training.
• Must obtain and maintain valid licenses / certifications per Federal, State.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Tejon for gaming entertainment and mentors team members to provide superior guest service.
• Replenishes and garnishes food on the cafeteria line as necessary.
• Serves food as necessary.
• Maintains a neat and sanitary appearance of assigned work area, serving utensils and equipment.
• Ensures all dishware, utensils and equipment are cleaned and stored properly at the end of shift.
• Ensures stock from warehouse is stored properly in a timely manner.
• Attends and participates in meetings, completes follow-up as assigned.
• Performs work regularly and predictably.
