Job summary

Taco Bell in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks an Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality and service, and drive profitability. You will train and supervise management teams, monitor costs, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining food safety, and achieving the restaurant’s annual operating plan through hands-on leadership and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant staff including Associate General Managers, Shift Managers, and hourly crew.
• Develops and implements annual operating plan and analyzes sales, labor, inventory and controllables to meet margin targets.
• Maintains food safety standards and ensures product quality across the restaurant.
• Creates a positive customer experience by resolving issues and training managers to service standards.
