Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Project Timekeeper to perform timekeeping and payroll activities for the project, reporting to the Timekeeping Supervisor. The role requires handling confidential information with professionalism, customer-service orientation, and meeting tight deadlines.

Overtime and weekend work are expected, with possible swing or night shifts to cover colleagues. Responsibilities include input of payroll data, onboarding of new hires, daily attendance verification via eTrack,

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) with 1–2 years timekeeping/payroll experience, or 4–5 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with timekeeping systems and payroll processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Labor Relations to input payroll information for Craft Professionals into timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Handle data entry including new hires, terminations, rate and classification changes.
• Onboard project new hires and badge site personnel.
• Verify daily craft attendance using the project timekeeping system (eTrack).
• Review, balance, and export daily time records for craft employees.
• Maintains of craft employee files and timesheet distribution.
