Responsibilities

• Administrative & procurement support for project implementation services.
• Create purchase order requisitions and process urgent equipment orders.
• Assist with Return Material Authorization (RMA) and change orders.
• Coordinate accounts payable related to purchase orders and supplier liaison.
• Ensure EHS compliance and track equipment shipments.
• Support process improvement and training on new workflows.
