Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects within our Advanced Facilities Group. You will lead material/equipment management, people supervision, and ensure complete documentation to achieve timely, profitable project completion in alignment withJE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will drive safety, coordinate with owners and teams, manage budgets and schedules, and guide field staff through daily standups and trade meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience with field supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead safety culture and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors, project staff, and workflow.
• Develops work plans, tracks progress, and runs meetings.
• Creates and manages project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Oversees quality, cost control and documentation.
