Job summary

Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate opportunities from identification to successful execution, serving as the bridge between Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, contractors and consulting partners.

You will manage project data in CRM, guide technical deliverables, monitor timelines and pricing discussions, and ensure timely, accurate information for customers and partners, while working remotely with teams on Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in related fields such as commercial/construction, project coordination or inside sales.
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through completion.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while supporting teams operating in Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance sales opportunities with Territory Sales Managers to qualify project-based opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project data in the CRM and coordinate activities across drafting, engineering, and support teams.
• Monitor project status, timelines, and anticipated shipment dates; review deliverables for accuracy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and support budgetary and formal quotations.
• Ensure customers and sales partners receive timely project information and technical deliverables.
• Help improve customer response times and overall project execution.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource and liaison among customers, sales, engineering and internal teams.
